In our company we have a policy never to say the words “we can’t help you” but this user got the wrong line…
User: Hello, I’m having some till issues here!
Me: Okay, please bear with me for a moment and I will pass you t-
User: I have been there already, waited 3 times for 10 minutes, don’t put me through them.
Me: I understand however we can’t hel- erm, do not have the necessary tools to assist you with this kind of issue.
User: Just don’t transfer me.
Me: Okay sir, what would you like me to do.
User: I don’t know. Just don’t transfer me.
Me: There’s not much I can do here. If you can wait for a mom-
User: Please! Don’t transfer me. Can you put me with a Manager?
Me: Our Manager and theirs is not the sa-
User: Okay okay, can you at least take a look at the issue?
Me: I can’t h-… We don’t have the ability to do so.
User: Okay… Just don’t transfer me.
