The font that you used makes my hips look big.
The logo needs to look more French. This is French-Canadian, at best.
I don’t really have an opinion but do you think you could make this look less juvenile?
In reference to black bullet points.
You know that sound that Humpback Whales make? That’s what the logo should look like.
When taking down details over the phone…
Me: Is that ‘B’ for 'Bravo’?
Client: What!? No, “B,” like for 'Berty’.
Client: (1) What do you think?
Client: (2) Hmmm, not sure how to describe it…
Client: (1) Yeah… You the know the strip of light you get between red and orange? You know, that ghost-like specter, that dusty colour above the white and blue of a sunset?
Client: (2) Yes! Exactly!
Me: You mean yellow?
Client: (1 + 2) Yeah! Yellow.
I still think we’re in a post-modern period where people really reject all the color blind models of society transitioning to a very reactionary period where it’s not pluralism, but an exclusivity of cultures in a way….yeah identity politics. Ideally, what we reach in the next phase of American race-relations is a period of true pluralism where we celebrate cultures that are in relation to each other, but still a true pluralism, where they are in relation without domination. Is that something this image can hint at?
Notes from first revision:
Client: The colour is too dark. Can you make it brighter?
Notes from second revision:
Client: We asked you to change the colour, not just make it brighter. See previous notes.
Client: Hey, can you send me over a quote for some banners, please?
Me: Sure! Can you let me know size, material, and quantity so I can work out your costs?
Client:: Small, medium, and large.
