Scorched earth design policy

Client: I don’t like this one color.

Me: That’s an easy change. What color would you prefer?

Client: No, scrap it completely and start over.

Me: I thought you liked it except for that one color?

Client: Yes, but now that I’ve seen it this way it’s the only way I can picture it. Start over.
