Client: Why is my site down!?
Me: As we told you two months ago, we have moved servers and you need to change your domain’s name servers.
Client: I already did that! I double-checked this morning.
Me: I’m looking at the whois records and it’s saying you haven’t. If you just give me your username and password for your registrar, we can go in and change it for you.
Client: But I don’t have the login information.
Me: Then how’d you double-check your name servers are correct?
Client: Are you questioning my authority? I’m the customer. I’m never wrong!
