Some people just don’t know when to stop.
Client: I need some help saving a recording I’ve made. I’ve paused it but I can’t see how to save it.
Me: Okay, instead of pausing it, push stop. It will then give you a button that says submit.
Client: I pushed stop but now it’s recording again.
Me: That doesn’t make sense. What button did you push?
Client: The red circle stop button.
Me: That is the record button. You need to click the black square.
Client: The black square is stop? When did they change that?
