Client: Oh no. I never give out our passwords.
Me: Okay, well, it will take me a lot longer if I have to start from scratch.
Client: Totally fine. You know, you just can’t be too careful. Here’s the information you’ll need to start over.
The client then gave me a folder full of the original copies of numerous corporate documents. He asked that I return them “sometime next week.”
