I do many rush orders, sometimes sending items overnight to arrive in the morning across the country.
Client: We have a meeting today, could you send the display?
Me: Sure, where and when is the meeting?
Client: Vancouver, British Columbia at 12pm PDT.
Me:You know I’m located in Ontario, and it’s now 1pm EST?
Client: I thought you could do same-day?
Me: That’s true. But I need more than two hours to move something 4,000 kms.
*Editor’s Note: For you Americans, that’s roughly 2,500 miles. For you British, that’s one metric pacific paddle between morning tea and lunch.
