I use Skype and “share screen” to work with clients so they can see changes as they are made.
The following occurred while working on a printed business card.
Me: Just let me crop this to show you what it will look like when the cards are cut.
Client: OK… Wait! Wait! Do that again.
Me: What? Undo the crop?
Client: No, put that blinking border around it again. That’s what it needs.
Me: I can put a dashed border around it but it won’t blink.
Client: But I like the blinking.
Me: I’m sorry but ink on paper cannot be made to blink.
Client: You didn’t have to make me feel stupid.
