Client: The CD you gave me isn’t working.
Me: Are you sure? Have you tried it on another machine?
Client: It made my computer unstable too - it’s been shutting off randomly and I’m hearing a lot of clicks.
It turns out the computer was quite literally unstable; the client had his PC upside down.
