A while back, one of my clients asked me to design a badge for him to wear at a convention.
Me: Ok, so would you like the badge to be digital or traditional? If it’s traditional, then there is a small shipping fee attached to the price.
Client: Digital please!
After the badge is complete and a high-res version is e-mailed to the client…
Client: Looks awesome, thanks!

Client: When is it going to get here?
Me: I thought you wanted a digital commission, so I didn’t charge you for shipping. You can make the image any size you like and print it out in any format you want.
Client: Ok, well I already paid you so can you make it “badge size” and print it then send it to my house? Thanks!
