A client asked for a ‘complete and total’ overhaul of her existing designs…
Client: Your designs are terrible. Why are they so different from the previous revisions?
Me: Okay, so you would like for us to work off of the previous designs now?
Client: Yes! But you need to change the layout of the buttons.
Me: Do you have any preferences on this?
Client: No, I don’t know. Also the photograph used is not in line with the corporate identity.
Me: What sort of photograph? Can you define your corporate identity?
Client: I don’t know. Also the color needs to be changed.
Me: Do you have any colours in mind? Brighter, darker, warmer, colder…?
Client: Figure this out yourself! I’ve made it EXCEEDINGLY clear what I want.
