While working on an catalogue layout at an internal graphics department, I had the following conversation our client.
Client: Okay, I’ve said this before via email, but the images are still to small in this catalogue!
Me: Okay, can you give us an example?
Client: Right here! See? This image on the side is WAY too small!
Me: I’m sorry but that image can’t be made larger without shrinking the other images on the page.
Client: But I can’t read it!
Me: …you can’t… read the image?
Client: Yeah!
She points to the description below the image
Client: See? That image is WAY too small to read.
Me: …you mean the text?
Client: Whatever, I don’t know all the fancy design words you people use!
